So here is the truth: I would be a terrible wife.
I don’t like to cook, I don’t like to clean and I genuinely don’t like people.
My problem with learning to cook is three-fold:
a) I don’t enjoy it
b) I’m picky, so the ingredients I use are very limited or I’ll end up starving anyways
c) I don’t like to wait for my food.
In an attempt to not die completely alone, I embark in Kitchen Adventures
(Which is probably much easier than trying to enjoy the company of others).
Less Boring Chicken
Today I had a craving for pizza. The problem is I have had pizza three days in a row now and I am hoping to eventually fit into a bridesmaid’s dress. My conclusion? Make the healthy chicken taste like pizza
Cook chicken all the way through (I put mine on a pan because I still have no idea how to use my stove and didn’t want to dry it out)
Before taking it off, cut some small slits in it (This will collect the sauce and let it seep into the chicken instead of sitting on top)
I covered the tops with the tomato paste, sprinkled some oregano and some mozzarella cheese
Put your chicken on low for the last couple of minutes, just until the cheese melts.
Instagram the pic (obviously) and enjoy!
Weight Watchers Points
This really depends on how thick your chicken breasts are. The tomatoes are 0 points assuming you don’t add anything to the mix.
My mozzarella cheese is 2 points for 1/4 cup and I only used a few sprinkles, something I couldn’t even measure.
I decided to measure my Chicken after the sauce and cheese was already on it and use that # as the point value!
